Who Can Play
We are inviting players with at least some previous field hockey experience. Ages can range from high school to respected elders. Players may be of any gender.
Expectations
Come ready to play with your own equipment. We will warm up together and then split the group into two teams and play. This will be a self-governed game. We request everyone respects the sport and each other with the utmost sportsmanship.
A Competitive Club game will be occurring on the field prior to the Pick-up time slot. Feel free to come early and cheer on other members of WWFHC as you prepare for your game. Once their game is complete the field will transition to Pick-up. Frames and nets will already be set up, but will need to be taken down at the end of the night.

Post Season
You are invited to join all WWFHC members for a year end celebration on July 17, 2025. There will be a pick-up game at Woodside followed by food and socializing at a location TBD.
Extra playing time
If you are planning to play pick-up this season, you are welcome to join our competitive teams during their try-out dates. They are Tuesday, April 22 & 29 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM and Wednesday, April 23 & 30 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and cost $40 for any/all 4 nights.
